We are looking for a confident and experienced Senior Service Advisor to join our high-performing aftersales team, representing a globally recognised automotive brand. This is a rare opportunity to work within a prestige dealership, delivering a seamless and premium customer journey from the moment of arrival to vehicle handover. In this key front-of-house role, you’ll manage bookings for servicing, MOTs, diagnostics, and repairs, keeping customers informed with clear, timely updates. Working closely with workshop control and technicians, you’ll ensure smooth workflow while maintaining accuracy in job estimates, invoices, and service records. With a focus on transparency and trust, you’ll also be proactive in upselling approved products and service plans.

The ideal candidate will bring solid experience from a premium or prestige automotive environment, along with exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with both customers and team members. You’ll be confident using systems such as Kerridge, CDK, or Keyloop, and show great attention to detail when managing administrative tasks.
