You will be responsible for managing service bookings, coordinating with technicians, providing clear updates on progress, and ensuring accurate estimates and invoicing. Your role will also involve proactively recommending manufacturer-approved services and products, always reflecting the quality and standards expected of a luxury brand.
We are looking for someone with previous experience in a prestige or premium automotive environment, outstanding communication skills, and a genuine passion for customer care. You should be confident using dealership management systems such as Pinewood or Kerridge/Keyloop, possess excellent organisational ability, and demonstrate a calm, professional approach under pressure.
