Service Advisor – Northampton OTE £37,000

We are currently looking for a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our dynamic team at a prestige dealership. Representing a globally respected automotive brand, you will be the face of the aftersales experience—welcoming customers, managing bookings for servicing, MOTs, diagnostics and repairs, and keeping customers informed throughout their journey. Your role will also involve liaising with technicians and workshop control, preparing accurate job estimates and invoices, and upselling approved products and services where appropriate. Your ability to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience from arrival to handover will be key to maintaining the exceptional standards our customers expect.

To succeed in this role, you’ll ideally bring prior experience from a premium automotive environment, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering luxury-level service. You’ll be highly organised, detail-driven, and confident using systems such as Kerridge, CDK, or Keyloop.
